A Brotherhood Overnight of Epic Proportions
Chapter Spirit Competition

WHEN:
Saturday (Evening), December 6th – Sunday (Late
Afternoon), December 7th, 2008
WHERE:
Levis JCC in Boca Raton, FL
COST:
$49.00 (Includes Food, Snacks, Lodging, Tournament Entry, & an
Official Chapter Jersey)
DEADLINE:
Registrations
MUST be completed by 11:59 PM, Wednesday, December 3rd,
2008
TRANSPORTATION:
In an effort to keep the cost of this program as low as possible,
bus transportation WILL NOT
be provided. Please arrange for your own transportation among the
members of your chapter. Participants
MAY drive to/from the
overnight, but will be required to submit their car keys upon
arrival, and MAY NOT
leave for any reason until the overnight has completed.
FINANCIAL AID:
Due to the extremely low cost of this program, financial aid will
not be available.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made on or before December 3rd, 2008 will
receive a full refund, less the cost of the official chapter jersey,
which will still be provided. Cancellations after December 3rd,
2008 will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances. A
written notification of your cancellation must be sent by a
parent/guardian to Dave Press.

***NOTE: You MUST be a current paid member of BBYO in order to
register for this program. If you experience trouble registering
online, it may be due to the fact that your membership dues are not
up-to-date. If you feel this is incorrect, or are unsure whether
your membership is current, contact the regional office.
You may also pay by cash, check, or money order. Please also make
sure to submit all necessary forms prior to the deadline in order to
complete your registration!
